For workshop groups.
A workshop OS that scales past five sites — white-label, executive dashboards, dedicated infrastructure, per-site autonomy. Built for franchises and dealer-group networks.
Who it's for
Workshop groups, franchises, and dealer networks running 5+ sites. Operators who need a single view across the group, but per-site autonomy on stock, pricing, and rosters.
What's included
- White-label branding. Your logo, your colours, and your SMS sender ID on customer-facing surfaces (quotes, invoices, customer portal). Custom domains on customer surfaces — coming soon.
- Executive dashboards. Group-wide GP%, utilisation, throughput, lead conversion — drillable to site, technician, and job.
- SSO (SAML 2.0 / OIDC). Connect PitlaneHQ to your identity provider (Azure AD, Okta, Google Workspace) for your group's rollout, with just-in-time user provisioning and optional enforcement. Contact us to have it enabled for your account.
- Unlimited users. Hire a tech tomorrow without a per-seat invoice surprise.
- Per-site stock, pricing, and rosters. Each location runs its own bays, parts, labour rates, and roster — but the group sees everything.
- Custom integrations. Direct connections to your accounting consolidation tool, your warranty portal, your fleet customer's ERP — we build it in.
Infrastructure
Enterprise agreements can include dedicated infrastructure — your business runs on its own isolated systems, kept completely separate from every other workshop. No shared resources, no slowdowns from anyone else's traffic.
- Your data is stored and stays in Australia
- A private database for your group alone, with a live standby copy
- Documents and photos backed up across multiple locations
- An uptime guarantee written into your agreement
- Fast, agreed recovery if anything ever goes wrong
Support
An enterprise agreement is where support gets written down, and what goes in it is scoped per group. The things we are set up to offer: a named account manager, a direct line to engineering, a quarterly business review, onsite training on request, and a target response time for critical issues in AU business hours — an hour is the target we work to.
To be straight about the status of that: we do not publish a general Service Level Agreement, and section 8 of our Terms says so. Response and availability commitments for a group exist only where they are agreed and written into that group's contract. Treat this section as what is on the table for a discovery call, not as a standing entitlement you already have.
Pricing
Custom pricing — driven by site count, user count, integration scope, and whatever support and availability commitments we agree. Most groups land between $4–8k/mo inc GST. We'll model it for your group on a discovery call.
