- Yes. 14 days, full access, no credit card required. Subscribe at the end or your account goes into a limited state — your data is preserved either way.
- How does billing work?
- Monthly billing in AUD via Stripe. Pick a plan by team size — Starter ($109/mo, up to 5 users), Growth ($149, 10) or Pro ($199, 20), all inc GST — then add any of the seven modules on top. Everything is prorated mid-cycle.
- What if I have more than 20 users?
- The Pro plan covers up to 20 users. Beyond that, extra seats are $10/mo each — add them as you hire. For workshop groups and franchises, contact us for custom Enterprise pricing.
- Can I change my plan later?
- Yes — move up or down a plan, or toggle any module, any time from Settings > Subscription. No cancellation fees, no lock-in. Mid-cycle changes are prorated and access runs to the end of the billing period.
- What's the Complete package?
- Complete bundles your plan with all seven add-on modules at a discount — $299/mo on Starter, $349 on Growth, $399 on Pro (inc GST). Cheaper than adding every module à la carte.
- Do you charge a setup fee?
