- Is there a free trial?
- Yes. 14 days, full Base Plan access, no credit card required. Subscribe at the end or your account goes into a limited state — your data is preserved either way.
- How does billing work?
- Monthly billing in AUD via Stripe. The Base Plan is required ($99/mo inc GST). Add-on modules toggle on and off any time and are prorated mid-cycle.
- Can I cancel any time?
- Yes — cancel any module or your whole subscription from Settings. No cancellation fees, no lock-in. Access continues to the end of the billing period.
- Do you charge a setup fee?
- No setup fee, no data import fee, no onboarding fee. The trial is the onboarding.
- Multi-location pricing?
- The Multi-Site module ($49/mo) lets one subscription manage multiple locations with separate stock and settings. For franchises or larger groups, contact us for custom pricing.
