Embed a booking iframe on your existing website (WordPress, Wix, Squarespace, custom HTML). The styling inherits your colours; the form fields are configurable per service type.

Diary-aware capacity.

The widget reads your live diary. If your three logbook bays are booked Tuesday, the customer only sees Wednesday onwards. If a tech is on leave, their slots disappear. No phone-call triage to find out you can't actually fit them in.

Booking creates a draft job, attaches the customer + vehicle (or creates new ones via rego lookup), and notifies reception. SMS reminders go out 48 hours before. No-show rate drops below 5% for workshops that turn the SMS reminder cycle on.

Can I take a deposit at booking?
Yes — take a card deposit at booking via PitlanePay. The deposit applies to the final invoice or refunds on completion, your choice.
What if the customer's vehicle isn't in the system?
They enter the rego at booking, InfoAgent populates make / model / year, and a new vehicle record is created at job time.
