A POS sale uses the same parts catalogue as the bays. The accountant sees one revenue stream with one GST treatment. Finalised invoices can push to Xero or QuickBooks Online once connected; imported invoices are excluded, and pushes pause while records are being linked or the accounting connection is changing. Pushes can also be paused or held.
Each sale carries the real part cost and a lead source, so counter takings land in the same gross-profit and sell-through reports as your jobs. You can see exactly what retail is earning you.
