Reminders that hit at the right time.
When you complete a job under a service category with a reminder interval and SMS or email reminders on, PitlaneHQ sets the next reminder from the completion date plus the category's month and km interval — so the due date follows the last service. Vehicles with reminders turned off are skipped. Rego, WOF, insurance and tyre reminders take a due date you set per vehicle. The cron then sends in the days leading up to that due date — early enough to book, late enough to feel relevant.
Reminders can also track a kilometre target, not just a date — ideal for fleet and high-use vehicles serviced on distance.
Two-way SMS, not a megaphone.
The customer can reply "book me" — reception sees it in the inbox, books from the conversation. Or they can decline; the system stops nagging until the next cycle. No broadcast-only spam.
A board that shows who's due.
A reminders board shows who's overdue or due soon at a glance — filter by Overdue, Due Soon, Pending or Sent, search by customer or rego, and fire any reminder manually with one click.
